Theme and SynopsisEdit

The theme for season 2 is identity.  

Season two will introduce a new Deputy District Attorney, Emma Rios, played by Nadine Velazquez, who is in charge of the Phillip Stroh case. Rios will clash with Capt. Raydor over her motives for taking Rusty in. The series will also introduce Raydor's husband, the ne'er do well Jackson Raydor, played by Tom Berenger, when he sets up camp in her condo, and makes a pal of Rusty.
