The C. Erwin Piper Technical Center, commonly known as "Piper Tech", is a four-story facility located at 555 Ramirez Street, Los Angeles. The building is owned and operated by the City of Los Angeles and its various departments, and it's located in downtown Los Angeles, next to Union Station and about one mile away from LAPD Headquarters.

Piper Tech was named for C. Erwin Piper who was the City Administrative Officer from January 1, 1962 until his retirement on August 20, 1979.
